Expected result with ^MM
^MMT uses tear-off mode: the label feeds out for manual removal. ^MMP is peel-off and ^MMC cutter mode. The example checks media handling, not the printed composition.
What should I check if ^MM does not give the expected result?
Selecting a mode does not install its accessory. Peel-off may wait for label removal and cutter mode requires compatible hardware. If the printer stops after each label, check mode and sensors before looking for an ^FD error.
Test on a real printer
The viewer helps check the layout, but does not simulate the mechanism, media or persistent printer settings. Record the original settings and restore them after testing.
