100 × 50 mm label
What layout is the 100 × 50 mm format suitable for?
Suitable for a production box: lot and date on the left, quantity on the right and a short code below. The width separates traceability data from quantity without shrinking all the text.
What limitation should I consider with 100 × 50 mm?
This is not a 50 × 100 mm label: the printer must support 100 mm of print width. Check printable head width, not just the maximum supported media width.

Rounded values: dots = mm × DPI / 25.4. Check the actual head density in your printer specifications; some manufacturers state it in dots/mm.
Working area at 203 DPI with a 4 mm margin: 735 × 336 dots. The margin is a choice for this example, not a manufacturer specification.

The examples scale positions and sizes with DPI: changing only ^PW and ^LL does not scale the content. ^BY and QR magnification use integer modules, so physical size may vary slightly.
How to adapt and verify the label
Measure width across the media path and height along the roll. Print without fit-to-page; check margins, dimensions and scanning with your intended media and reader. ^LL does not replace sensor calibration.
